The challenge
Bhutan’s guides know every pass, camp and river crossing, but travelers abroad rarely see it. Treks get lost in long PDFs and email threads, prices only appear after the third reply, and organizing a group takes weeks of back and forth. The operators who know the mountains best lose bookings to the ones who are easiest to find.
What we built
A site that lays every trek out plainly. Seven routes on an interactive map, filters by difficulty, month and length, and a page for each trek with a day-by-day itinerary, elevation profile, upcoming departures and a full price breakdown, Bhutan’s Sustainable Development Fee and visa included. When a traveler is ready, the enquiry form already knows which trek they’re asking about.
Why it works
Travelers can compare treks, understand the cost and pick a date before writing a word, so enquiries arrive ready to book. For a Bhutan operator, that means fewer middlemen, faster replies and a site that shows the crew’s expertise long before anyone lands in Paro.
Beyond the website
The website is where a booking starts. For tour companies, we also build staff and client portals that keep everything in one place: itineraries and documents shared with travelers, payments taken securely, and guides, cooks and drivers working from the same schedule. Less time chasing emails, more time on the trail.
